Name of manager

The name of the manager who supervised your final test must be specified on your certificate, and the manager must sign the certificate for it to be valid. If it was a different manager than the one listed below, you can change the name in the box here. If you have signed up as a private person, the name of the person who supervised your final test must be entered and that person must sign the certificate.

NOTE: After the certificate has been printed for the first time, the manager's name can not be changed, so it is important that you are absolutely sure that the manager's name is correct.
